If you have little ones and want them to get involved in some football w/o the contact or want them to work on their skills... Or hell just want them to have fun, the YMCA in rutherford county are having sign ups for flag football... Mboro sign ups may be closed but I believe North Rutherford are still open... I just signed up my three year old... yeah getting him in early... ages go from like 3-13... oh yeah they have soccer too
